When our mother made pies or cobblers, she used leftover pie-crust dough to make cookies for us so we didnt have to wait until the pie was done to have a treat. Place scraps of pie crust dough rolled out to about 1/8 inch thick on a baking sheet. Dot with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400°F until crisp and brown (about 30 minutes).
