This photo was taken in 1961 in front of the barn on Sarah Francis and William Abbott Midgett's original homestead in Prim, Arkansas where their children were born during the years 1884 - 1906. In 1961 the house was gone. A portion of the apple orchard was still there and the spring was still flowing. The family built everything they had including the shingles on the barn and house.
